I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms are really well architected, offering a fantastic view. The lack of housekeeping was a downside, but the yellowish commod over the room added a cozy touch. The service was lacking, with no request for identity card proof and unhelpful interactions at the reception center. The location is very suitable for Vaishnaodevi devotees, near the Yatra Counter, and the staff was helpful in arranging transportation at a reasonable rate, making it perfect for those visiting Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra Jammu. However, the dining was very costly, although the fresh salads were a nice touch.
